Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will work on advanced pharmaceutical forecasting and strategic analytics projects. Responsibilities include:


Deliver forecasting models and analytical solutions for pharmaceutical products

Support commercial decision-making through strategic forecasting insights

Apply advanced analytical methods including Monte Carlo simulation, clustering, NLP, and agent-based modeling

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across finance, manufacturing, product development, and commercial teams

Analyze forecasting assumptions such as peak market share, competitive impact, and time-to-therapy metrics

Improve forecast accuracy using automation and advanced statistical methods

Develop scalable forecasting processes and standardized analytical frameworks

Identify business risks, uncertainties, and growth opportunities through data-driven analysis


Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:


Engineering, Management, or Pharma postgraduate degree

0–3 years of experience in pharma analytics or strategic forecasting

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of pharmaceutical forecasting methodologies

Understanding of advanced statistical techniques and data modeling

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to convert complex datasets into actionable business insights
