INTEGRATED OMICS-DRIVEN PIPELINE FOR NANOCOATED METABOLITE DISCOVERY AND GENOMIC VALIDATION IN DRUG DEVELOPMENT COVERING METABOLOMICS, GENOMICS & PROTEOMICS (a multidisciplinary approach to drug development, beginning with the selection of a plant, fungus, or bacterium for metabolite sourcing. Metabolites are finalised using databases like IMPAAT, KNApSAcK, PubChem, and MassBank within metabolomics, followed by drug likeness assessment via MolSoft. The drug is remodelled with nanocoating, and its nanoconjugate is docked, with toxicity evaluated using ProTox and details sourced from Swiss, STITCH, and SuperPred. Gene targets are identified using GeneCard and OMIM, with gene comparisons and common genes analysed using Venny. KEGG pathways are explored through ShinyGO. Gromacs simulations enhance structural insights, and genomics/proteomics analyses involve Fasta and BLAST of the modulating gene/protein. Further genomics steps include sequence similarity, multiple sequence alignment, diversity, ancestry, phylogenetic and BLAST tree construction, mutation diagnosis with primer design, and NGS data analysis of the source organism) BIS306
