Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Coordinator-I, you will:
Review and maintain electronic vendor data ensuring protocol-specified parameters.
Support Lead Data Manager (LDM) in developing Data Transfer Agreements and Specifications.
Perform query management and resolve discrepancies in external data.
Assist in validation review of transmitted data for accuracy.
Collaborate with Clinical staff (CTM/CRA) to obtain and verify local laboratory ranges.
Perform QC of lab ranges and ensure proper documentation.
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding data transfer or validation issues.
Ensure adherence to departmental SOPs, guidelines, and global standards.
Required Qualifications
To qualify, candidates should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Information Technology, or allied health professions.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharma, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, or clinical trials.
Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Understanding of medical terminology and ICH-GCP principles.
Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
