About the Role
The selected candidate will work closely with tele counsellors, project managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of patient support programs. The role involves patient engagement, operational coordination, team management, quality compliance, and client communication.
Candidates with strong communication skills, CRM tool knowledge, and patient counselling experience will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate patient support program activities
Handle team and people management responsibilities
Drive operational performance and quality standards
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and project managers
Review enrolments, free drug delivery activities, and intervention plans
Conduct performance reviews and training sessions for team members
Implement operational procedures and business continuity plans (BCP)
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with ISMS, ISO, CMMI, and client guidelines
Provide patient counselling and patient management support
Identify process improvement opportunities and corrective actions
Conduct field audits, mentoring, and coaching for tele counsellors
Monitor program performance metrics and reporting activities
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification

B.Pharm
M.Pharm
Pharm.D
Nursing
Medicine
Public Health
Life Sciences or related healthcare disciplines
Experience Required
6 months to 3 years of experience
Experience in patient support programs preferred

Good written and verbal English communication
