Job Overview
The Project Management Analyst (PMA) plays a critical role in supporting Clinical Project Managers (CPMs) and Project Leaders. You will be responsible for project tracking, financial management, risk mitigation, and reporting, ensuring clinical trials are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
This role blends clinical research knowledge, project coordination, and financial analytics, making it highly valuable for long-term career growth in CROs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project dashboards and track performance metrics
Coordinate clinical trial schedules and milestone updates
Support risk and issue management processes
Handle project finances (EAC, invoices, expenses, reconciliation)
Ensure compliance with Vendor & Purchase Order (PO) processes
Maintain baseline and change control processes
Prepare project status reports and presentations
Support resource allocation within project budgets
Manage eTMF (electronic Trial Master File) for compliance
Coordinate team meetings, onboarding, and training compliance
Assist in audit readiness and documentation reviews
Update project data in IQVIA systems for reporting accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
0–2 years experience in clinical research or project management
Understanding of clinical trials and regulatory guidelines
ICH
GCP (Good Clinical Practice)
Strong skills in:
Communication (written & verbal)
Problem-solving
Time management & prioritization
Attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in cross-functional global teams
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of project financial management
Familiarity with eTMF systems and clinical documentation
Ability to analyze data and generate insights
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
